Creating Your Peace
Creating peace in the world starts with YOU. Your peace with yourself and others. Don't get hooked and re-engaged in arguments and negative patterns. Reduce your anxiety and tension by disengaging. Some people are well practiced at eliciting a response or reaction from you. It's a trigger they are waiting for. To poke you, to provoke you. Often in an effort to gain control. It is up to you to stop the game. The game of casting blame, exacting revenge or gaining control or whatever it is that is trying to be achieved. It's terribly sad witnessing the ongoing fighting and anger between people - couples, friends, siblings and exes.

You make the choice to re-engage or break the pattern. The fighting and blaming will not stop if the reaction is the same each time.
Break the pattern by recognizing your behaviour:
How are you being hooked into reacting?
What can you do about it?
How do you want to live your life?
When will that start?
Start the change you want NOW.
Stop reacting.
Don't get hooked.
Disengage emotionally.
Respond.
Breath!
Keep the focus on a optimistic and positive outcome.
Be the calm and peace you desire.
